Tanya Yazdanpanahi has been working with senior leaders and their teams as a Leadership and Executive Coach since 2001. She has an Occupational psychology background (studying at UCL and UMIST) and also worked in both IT and Financial companies as part of their European Leadership teams. She held the position of HR/OD Director (UK & Ireland) for Gateway Computers just before leaving to set up Echelons.
Tanya mainly now works at the Senior and Executive leadership levels challenging and supporting them to develop greater self-awareness and using that to manage themselves within their current leadership context. Through her coaching, leaders build more robust and successful relationships with their stakeholders and establish lasting strategies to develop trusting environments.
Tanya is accredited with APECS and a member of The Association for Coaching. She is also a member of The British Psychological Society (Division of OD) and CIPD.
